All goods are manufactured and printed on order and based on your artwork therefore no returns are allowed. Kua Print will send you a proof of your artwork which you will have to review and sign off before production of your order will commence. Please review artwork proof carefully for design, spelling and colours.
We only reprint if we have printed what you did not approve on artwork. Once artwork is approved, unless the product we deliver is different from the signed proof, Kua Print is not liable for any claims by the customer that the products are not acceptable.
Please check your order on delivery/collection. Please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery/collection if your product is faulty, or it will be deemed to be in order.
Cancellation of Orders
Payment of a product either full payment or deposit payment will be regarded as confirmation of an order.A 25% cancellation fee will be charged on confirmed orders, if cancelled before printing commenced. If printing commenced, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed in less than 14 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Delivery returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 676 Gallagher Ave, Halfway House, Midrand, 1685, South Africa and contact us on +27 73 119 9426 if the package has arrived.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.If you are returning more expensive items above R7000, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
